Branch associations ActiZ, VGN and WDTM award innovations for a future-proof elderly and disability care with the Pioneers Award. During Zorg & ict, four contenders pitched their inventions to an expert jury. The winner was Floow.AI

Floow Ai makes learning in healthcare easier with hands-on, on-the-job training, with direct linkage between MBO education and healthcare organizations.... Thanks to AI-driven learning modules, practical exercises and certification in one app, healthcare professionals can get to work faster and more efficiently. And that without putting an extra burden on work supervisors. The jury praised the fact that Floow.ai bridges the gap between healthcare and education. "This way we can retain more people for healthcare and employ them better."

Digital meeting place

The other poets were Mo-online, Snappie and Digital Mentor. Mo-online is an online platform developed by the Philadelphia Care Foundation. The platform was created for and by people with disabilities. It is an innovative and open platform, without login, where people with intellectual disabilities can access reliable information in a safe and accessible way. The platform combines a strong online community with interactive learning and development opportunities and connects several innovative applications that increase the control of the target group.

Support plans with AI

Snappie is an easy-to-use and secure AI tool that automatically generates support plans based on input from supervisors, clients and their networks. This reduces administrative burdens, increases client direction and improves the quality and efficiency of support plans.

Digital Mentor centralizes all knowledge required for intake, anamnesis and indication in the district nursing process. As a result, the complete care plan can be put together with minimal questions. All the required knowledge is centralized and intelligently available digitally. Integration with the ECD provides people with easy-to-read files, while the care professional is guided through the entire process.
