The first step to a successful participation starts in MyJaarbeurs.
What is MyJaarbeurs?
MyJaarbeurs allows you to prepare your participation quickly and efficiently. You will find all the important practical information and tools in one place and there is an Exhibitor Checklist, so you will not miss anything. Here is a list of what you can find within My Jaarbeurs :

To get the most out of your participation and appear well prepared at the start, we are organizing an online kick-off on Thursday, February 5, from 3 to 4 pm. Get inspired for an hour, get valuable tips and ask all your questions.
You can send us your questions in advance using this question form. We will be happy to answer them during the kick-off.
Make your participation in Zorg & ict 2026 visible and attract the attention of your target group even before the fair. To help you with this, we have put together a digital promotion kit.
The kit contains everything you need: the exhibition logo and various visuals in multiple formats, for example for your website, social media or newsletter.
Important: always use your unique invitation link in the promotional kit. This way you can see exactly which clients have registered to visit Zorg & ict through you.

Complete your participation with catering at your stand. Order coffee, lunch or snacks via our webshop by 3 April or choose full-service catering via hospitality@jaarbeurs.nl.
Bring your own catering? Report this in advance to team Hospitality and follow the applicable conditions and remittance rules. This will be checked. We count on your understanding and cooperation.
With this platform you can easily collect leads, manage your team and get in touch with visitors before, during and after the exhibition. As an exhibitor you can:
* Every registration through your link will automatically appear as a lead in Visit Connect. This way you know exactly which relations to expect and you can easily get in touch with potential new customers.
As an admin you will automatically receive an email to create a password for your profile. You start in Setup mode: here you can prepare your team without being registered as a team member yourself. Do you want to actively participate in the event (e.g. scan leads, make contacts or manage messages and meetings)? Then register yourself as a team member.
In the week after the end of Zorg & ict 2026 all participants receive the fact sheet with the visitor numbers per day. During the exhibition days, visitor numbers are not published/communicated.
New European legislation requires your company to be transparent about its sustainability efforts. Jaarbeurs helps you, as an exhibitor, comply with this new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). From the Sustainable Participation Package, separating waste during set-up and take-down days to sustainable catering.
