In MyJaarbeurs you prepare your participation quickly and efficiently. You'll find all the important practical information and tools in one place and there's an Exhibitor Checklist, so you won't overlook anything. Here is an overview of what you can find within My Jaarbeurs :

Promotion kit: make your participation visible
Promote your participation in Healthcare & ICT 2027 and capture your target audience’s attention even before the trade show. To help you with this, we’ve put together a digital promotional kit.

Do you have catering needs?
Round out your trade show experience with catering at your booth. Order coffee , lunch, or snacks through our online store by April 2 at the latest , or opt for full-service catering at hospitality@jaarbeurs.nl.
Bring your own catering? Report this in advance to team Hospitality and follow the applicable conditions and remittance rules. This will be checked. We count on your understanding and cooperation.
Visit Connect: the event platform
As a participant in Healthcare & ICT, you’ll enjoy all the benefits and opportunities offered by the event platform. With Visit Connect, you can:
- Connecting with visitors before, during, and after the trade show
- Easily collect leads through lead scanning via the app or through touchpoints at your booth
- Designing your online company profile
- Register and Manage Your Trade Show Team
- Invite your network via a unique registration link *
* Every registration through your link will automatically appear as a lead in Visit Connect. This way you know exactly which relations to expect and you can easily get in touch with potential new customers.
As an admin you will automatically receive an email to create a password for your profile. You start in Setup mode: here you can prepare your team without being registered as a team member yourself. Do you want to actively participate in the event (e.g. scan leads, make contacts or manage messages and meetings)? Then register yourself as a team member.
Networking drinks on 14 April
Save the date! On Tuesday, April 14, we would like to invite you to a pleasant networking reception. Come to the Work & Meeting Terrace between 16:30 and 18: 30 , meet fellow exhibitors and have a chat while enjoying a drink.

Communication visitor numbers
In the week following the conclusion of Care & ICT 2027, all participants will receive a fact sheet detailing the daily visitor numbers. Visitor figures are not published or communicated during the trade show.
Sustainable impact
New European legislation requires your company to be transparent about its sustainability efforts. Jaarbeurs helps you, as an exhibitor, comply with this new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). From the Sustainable Participation Package, separating waste during set-up and take-down days to sustainable catering.
Tips & Tricks for you as an exhibitor
1. Don't want to miss a deadline? In MyJaarbeurs you will find a clear and personalized checklist containing all information and tasks related to your participation.
2. Need extra explanation or clarification about your trade show participation? Take part in one of our online information sessions. We will explain the steps that can be found in MyJaarbeurs to get the most out of your participation. You can find the dates and times of these information sessions in MyJaarbeurs.
3. Every exhibitor who wants access to the exhibition must register for the exhibition. The registration link and account code can both be found in MyJaarbeurs and then under "Make your participation a success!". Once you have registered for the fair you will get access to the event platform. In the event platform you can get in touch with visitors and edit your company profile.
4. To receive the best recommendations on who to meet and increase the likelihood that people will accept your appointment requests, one element is absolutely crucial: complete your company profile in the event platform.
Add a logo, complete a description and contact information of your company so you can be easily found by visitors. Register yourself for the exhibition first to get automatic access to the event platform.
5. Besides networking with already registered visitors, you can also invite your own contacts to the fair using your unique registration link. This can be found in the ROI dashboard in MyJaarbeurs under "Make your participation a success" and then in the menu bar by clicking on 'ROI dashboard & Invitation link for visitors'. By using the unique registration link you can easily see which of your relations have registered and can expect to attend the fair.
6. One of the main reasons many exhibitors participate in a trade show is to generate leads. It is important to follow up retrieved leads prior, during and after trade show as soon as possible. Prior to the trade show, discuss with your team what your goal is and how leads will be followed up. This speeds up the process after the trade show.
