There is a lot involved in preparing for a trade show. In MyJaarbeurs you will find an overview of all the steps. In this session, we will take a closer look at the different parts within MyJaarbeurs and the event platform. You can attend the session via the Teams link below.

Network Award: for the exhibitor with the most registrations overall.
Yield Award: for the exhibitor with the most registrations per m2.

Would you like to offer visitors or relations a drink or snack during the fair? You can! In our webshop you will find a wide range of catering facilities for your stand. Do you have special wishes or do you want a full-service catering solution? Then contact our colleagues at Hospitality via hospitality@jaarbeurs.nl. They will be happy to think along with you!
Please note: own catering facilities or using an external catering supplier are only allowed with permission. If you want to use your own or external catering, this is only possible after registration prior to the Zorg & ict fair and payment of a remittance. We will monitor this during the fair.

1. Don't want to miss a deadline? In MyJaarbeurs you will find a clear and personalized checklist that contains all the information and tasks involved in your trade show participation.
2. Need additional explanation or clarification about your trade show participation? Take part in one of our online information sessions. We will explain the steps that can be found in MyJaarbeurs in order to get the most out of your participation. The dates and times of these information sessions can be found in MyJaarbeurs.
3. Every exhibitor who wants access to the fair must register for the fair. The registration link and account code can both be found in MyJaarbeurs and then under "Make your participation a success!". Once you have registered for the fair you will get access to the event platform. In the event platform you can get in touch with visitors and edit your company profile.
4. To receive the best recommendations on who to meet and increase the likelihood that people will accept your appointment requests, one element is absolutely crucial: complete your company profile in the event platform.
Add a logo, complete a description and contact information of your company so you can be easily found by visitors. Register yourself for the exhibition first to get automatic access to the event platform.
5. In addition to networking with already registered visitors, it is of course also possible to invite your own contacts to the fair via your unique registration link. This can be found in the ROI dashboard in MyJaarbeurs under "Make your participation a success" and then in the menu bar by clicking on "ROI dashboard & Invitation link for visitors". By using the unique registration link you can easily see which of your relations have registered and can expect to attend the fair.
6. One of the main reasons many exhibitors participate in a trade show is to generate leads. It is important to follow up retrieved leads prior, during and after trade show as soon as possible. Prior to the trade show, discuss with your team what your goal is and how leads will be followed up. This speeds up the process after the trade show.
The Zorg & ict event platform is the place where the fair comes together digitally. It offers the possibility to get in touch with visitors before, during and after Zorg & ict 2025. As an exhibitor you automatically have free access to the Zorg & ict event platform.
We would like to invite you to a pleasant networking drink on April 8 next on the terrace located between halls 7 and 8. Also come between 16.30 and 18.30, enjoy a drink and swing along to the music of a DJ.

In the week after the end of Zorg & ict 2025, all participants will receive the fact sheet with the visitor numbers per day. During the exhibition days, visitor numbers are not published/communicated.
