Frequently asked questions about the event platform
Every exhibitor who wants access to the event platform must register for the fair. The registration link and account code can both be found in MyJaarbeurs and under "Make your participation a success!". Once you have registered for the fair, you will automatically receive an email to create an account for the event platform.
Your colleagues should register themselves for the event via the exhibitor registration form in MyJaarbeurs. Your colleagues can then use the account code to be directly linked to your company profile. The registration link and account code can both be found in MyJaarbeurs and under "Make your participation a success!".
In the event platform you have the opportunity to edit your own company profile. Under your own profile you will find the heading with the company name and by clicking on the pencil you will open the company profile. In the company profile you can add a logo, information, segments and themes, social media and contact information.
Yes, it is possible to schedule 1:1 meetings through the event platform. From the homepage or the menu bar in the networking platform, you can navigate to Visitors and Speakers.
If you see time slots appearing on the profiles, it means it is possible for you to book meetings with them. Slots disappear once they are booked. You can manage your availability for meetings yourself by going to the My Meetings tab in My Event. If you are unavailable all day or at specific times, these slots will be removed from your profile and invisible to others.
