Participation options

Step 1: choose your participation package

We are happy to inform and advise you about the various packages and options. The Royal Start package applies to every participant. In addition to this package, you choose one of the (mandatory) additional packages: Royal Leads, Royal Branding, Royal Campaign or Royal Superior.

Step 2: choose your location

If you want an overview of all available stand locations, view the interactive map. You can choose from a row, corner, head or island location. In addition, there are so-called A-locations. Our account managers are happy to advise you!

Step 3: choose your stand construction

Your stand is the first thing a visitor sees. A professional and recognizable appearance is therefore important! We have favorable agreements with stand builders and offer you complete full-service stand construction packages for every budget. Own stand construction is allowed from 20 m². Do you want more information about stand construction?

Step 4: opt for extra promotion

Show that you are present at Zorg & ICT. Draw extra attention to your exhibition participation with interesting sponsorship opportunities or one of the complete booster packages. The possibilities are endless! From presenting your own exclusive case study, visibility on video screens to bannering on the website or badge sponsorship.
